We operate as a fully mobile valeting and detailing service based in Northampton.
    
Travel beyond 10 miles from Northampton may incur a small additional fuel charge, confirmed at the time of booking.
    
Please ensure safe access to your vehicle and space to work. Access to water and electricity may be required for some services.
    
Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Extra charges may apply for heavily soiled interiors or excessive pet hair (agreed before work begins).
    
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
    
Appointments may need to be rescheduled in poor weather or unforeseen circumstances.
    
Payment is due upon completion of the service (cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payments).
    
We take great care with every vehicle but cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage or items left inside the car.
